Ledger® Live is the official desktop and mobile application used to manage your Ledger® hardware wallets securely. It allows users to access their cryptocurrency portfolios, monitor balances, make transactions, stake supported tokens, and interact with the Ledger® Exchange directly. Logging into Ledger® Live ensures a secure environment for handling your digital assets while keeping private keys offline.
Users can download Ledger® Live from the official Ledger® Live page and install it on their preferred device.
To login to Ledger® Live, connect your Ledger® hardware wallet and open the Ledger® Live App. Enter your device PIN and follow on-screen instructions. For account management or accessing the Ledger® Exchange, always verify you are using the official Ledger.com Login portal.
If you cannot log in, check your PIN and recovery phrase. Ensure the Ledger® Live App is updated to the latest version and that your device firmware is current. Restarting the app can also resolve minor issues.
Login problems may occur due to incorrect PIN, outdated app version, or device firmware issues. Update your Ledger® Live App and hardware device, then try logging in again.
This often happens due to connectivity issues, faulty USB cables, firewall restrictions, or conflicting software. Try a different cable, restart Ledger® Live, and temporarily disable any interfering applications.
If the app crashes or fails to load, clear the cache, reinstall the Ledger® Live App, and ensure your operating system meets requirements. Refer to the Ledger® Help Center for detailed guidance.
Verification errors can occur if firmware is outdated or if the setup is incomplete. Confirm your recovery phrase and device settings to ensure proper wallet verification.
If you lose access to Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), follow the instructions in the Ledger® Support Center to reset 2FA securely using your recovery phrase.
Use your 24-word recovery phrase to restore access to your Ledger® account on a new or reset device. Without this phrase, account recovery is not possible.
